Overview
You will conduct on-site environmental inspections for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, identifying potential contaminants and delivering expert reports. You will work with state and federal regulations and receive full training, with promotion to Level 2 Consultant in about 9 months at $72,500. What You'll Do5
- 1Conduct on-site environmental inspections, documenting site conditions and collecting physical samples.
- 2Deliver precise survey reports from inspection notes and sample data.
- 3Provide clear remedial recommendations and solutions to clients.
- 4Coordinate with multiple parties during inspections, balancing all interests.
- 5Follow all applicable state and federal laws and communicate them professionally to clients.
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma (required).
- 2Valid driver's license (required).
- 3No prior experience required, full training provided.
- 4Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field.
- 5Preferred certifications: Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC), Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST), Lead Sampling Technician, or CA DHS Lead Inspector/Assessor.
