Overview

Field Technician responsible for answering emergency calls and performing cleanup tasks. Ensure health and safety compliance while working in hazardous environments. Provide on-call emergency response and travel as needed.

What You'll Do9

  • 1Answer scheduled and emergency response calls promptly
  • 2Perform cleanup of spills hazmat decon and other delegated tasks
  • 3Conduct confined space entry and hazardous waste remediation
  • 4Execute daily work including drum handling and high pressure washing
  • 5Maintain safety standards under adverse conditions
  • 6Obtain TWIC clearance if required within first 45 days
  • 7Follow verbal and written instructions accurately
  • 8Drive vehicles and handle transportation logistics
  • 9Collaborate with teams to resolve field challenges

Requirements10

  • 1Pass pre-employment physical drug screen and background screening
  • 2Obtain OSHA HAZWOPER 40-hour training certification
  • 3Secure Transportation Worker clearance within 45 days
  • 4Read write and understand English language proficiency
  • 5Possess driver’s license and meet physical requirements
  • 6Minimum 5+ years experience with hazardous waste remediation
  • 7Demonstrate ability to lift over 50lbs regularly
  • 8Commit to punctuality and accountability
  • 9Hold preferred qualifications including background checks
  • 10Understand complex remediation tasks and safety protocols
