Overview
Design and execute field testing of construction materials including soils concrete asphalt and pile monitoring to meet project specifications. Provide training and obtain certifications. Join DIHO Consulting USA as a CMT Technician.
What You'll Do9
- 1Perform concrete testing such as slump air content temperature unit weight and casting cylinders for compressive strength
- 2Conduct soil compaction testing using sand cone or nuclear density gauge Proctor Atterberg limits sieve analysis and other soil classification tests
- 3Test asphalt density and perform pavement core sampling
- 4Monitor piles during installation to document capacity penetration and blow counts
- 5Produce timely detailed reports
- 6Operate vehicles safely following corporate safety procedures
- 7Follow all company protocols and cooperate with technical teams
- 8Build positive client relationships and communicate daily with dispatch and onsite clients
- 9Arrive on time each day and maintain an on call schedule for obscure hours
Requirements9
- 1+1 year experience in Construction or Construction Materials Testing
- 2Dependable transportation required with truck preference for incentive program
- 3Pass DISA drug screen and background check
- 4TWIC card preferred
- 5Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and equipment
- 6Ability to maintain on call schedule and work obscure hours
