- 1Partner with Banyan and operating companies to identify high conviction AI-native product opportunities
- 2Stand up new company from ground up including product team go-to-market and culture
- 3Take product from $0 to meaningful initial revenue using domain expertise and source code
- 4Build lean solutions focusing on sellable products not just demos
- 5Operate with full accountability for venture's product growth and finances
- 6Work closely with affiliated operating company leadership and Banyan central team
- 7Develop AI-first products and support models from day one
- 8Demonstrate builder mentality by taking proven products to revenue
- 9Apply zero-to-one experience scaling early stage startups
