- 1Own AI and Software Projects E2E driving projects from kickoff to launch across generative AI automation agent orchestration custom tooling
- 2Define scope prioritize fast build what matters with devs designers and researchers
- 3Act as Product Owner and Team Lead translating vague ideas into tested hypotheses
- 4Build with AI Tools fluent in LLMs LangChain RAG stacks vector search OpenAI APIs fine-tuning
- 5Work like a Founder while navigating ambiguity wearing multiple hats and making hard calls
- 6Spin Off eventually AE supports startup spinouts become CEO or CTO
- 7Collaborate with Redwood Research researchers at Anthropic and DeepMind
- 8Prototype and validate with own hands
- 9Communicate clearly with demanding clients align stakeholders set expectations
- 10Take extreme ownership find leverage
- 11Develop prototypes creating real business value
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Experience with AWS and Kubernetes
- 3Familiarity with React and Python
- 4Understanding of generative AI stacks LLMs vector DBs APIs
- 5Entrepreneurial mindset bias toward action scrappiness experimentation
