Founder Associate Intern, AI Recruiting Startup
Overview
Join the founding team of a pre-seed AI recruiting startup rethinking how top talent lands roles at VC-backed companies. Work side-by-side with founders to connect exceptional candidates with career-defining opportunities, many in AI. This in-person internship operates from a shared hacker-house in San Francisco, enabling zero-commute days and tight feedback loops. You will own end-to-end candidate workflows, drive growth initiatives, and iterate on processes in a high-ownership environment.
What You'll Do6
- 1Own the end-to-end candidate experience workflow, from intake to placement, ensuring top-tier service.
- 2Engage with hundreds of inbound candidates daily, matching them to opportunities at VC-backed startups.
- 3Coordinate introductions between candidates and hiring managers, facilitating successful placements.
- 4Collaborate with founders on daily operations and growth initiatives, contributing to business strategy.
- 5Drive and refine internal processes to improve efficiency and scalability in a fast-paced setting.
- 6Take ownership of complex projects with measurable outcomes, from conception to execution.

- 1Willing and excited to live and work in a hacker-house setup in San Francisco.
- 2Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 3At least one prior internship of 3+ months duration.
- 4Demonstrated experience in consulting, sales, startups, or venture capital.
- 5Comfort operating in entrepreneurial, "figure-it-out" settings.
- 6Outstanding profile: top academic performance, strong projects, active GitHub, or notable extracurriculars.
- 7Commit to 6 long working days per week.
