Associate Product Owner - BIP Ventures Tech Platform

What You'll Do11
- 1Assist in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog under senior guidance
- 2Write clear user stories and release notes with acceptance criteria
- 3Manage Jira Service Desk requests with a 24–48 hour SLA
- 4Participate in grooming and sprint planning to keep backlog ahead
- 5Perform acceptance testing and QA on new features
- 6Deliver small to medium features end-to-end
- 7Act as liaison between engineering and business stakeholders
- 8Manage requirements across multiple systems ensuring traceability
- 9Collect and document stakeholder feedback for product improvement
- 10Create process flows and internal documentation
- 11Support Jarvis platform development and operational excellence
Requirements10
- 11 to 3 years product development experience with Agile/Scrum teams
- 2Familiarity with Jira and Confluence preferred
- 3Basic understanding of SDLC and AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT
- 4Comfortable working in finance or venture capital domains
- 5Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- 6Friendly curious personality with emotional intelligence
- 7Self-starter mentality with adaptability to shifting priorities
- 8Ability to learn quickly and take initiative
- 9Resilience in fast-paced ambiguous environments
- 10Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
