Technical Product Owner (Copilot Studio)
Overview
Invesco expands its Microsoft Copilot Studio platform to enable agent based AI across asset management. We seek a Technical Product Owner to lead AI agent development from concept to production. This role drives product vision, ownership, and scaling while collaborating with developers and domain experts.
What You'll Do19
- 1Serve as the single accountable owner for a portfolio of Copilot Studio agents aligned to Invesco domains
- 2Define and communicate clear product vision scope and success metrics
- 3Own the full lifecycle of agents from ideation through production deployment
- 4Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders across Investments Distribution Operations Risk Compliance
- 5Translate asset management workflows into user stories and functional requirements
- 6Balance business ambition with data risk and platform maturity constraints
- 7Define agent instructions guardrails and response constraints for financial services
- 8Guide data sourcing API integration and component reuse for scalability
- 9Demonstrate LLM fundamentals including system prompts and RAG techniques
- 10Evaluate model performance tradeoffs and optimize agent efficiency
- 11Leverage Power Platform Power Automate and Custom Connectors for data integration
- 12Ensure secure compliant data access using OAuth and safety guardrails
- 13Serve as product representative in architecture security and governance reviews
- 14Document intended use limitations and risks for each agent
- 15Provide acceptance criteria quality standards and product guardrails
- 16Reduce duplication promote shared capabilities and accelerate adoption
- 17Partner with platform teams to improve developer experience
- 18Define and monitor success metrics such as adoption usage and risk reduction
- 19Assess agent performance and user feedback to guide prioritization

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in cloud platforms
- 35+ years developing AI agents with LLMs
- 43-5 seasons working with Power Platform tools
- 55+ years managing data integration and RAG systems
