Overview

You will own revenue cycle management outcomes for our largest enterprise clients, driving measurable improvements in collections and operational efficiency. You will bridge engineering and account management, translating client needs into product requirements and developing scalable processes. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will partner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to define and achieve success metrics. This role offers the chance to shape RCM strategy in a high-growth healthcare startup backed by $50M in funding.

What You'll Do7

  • 1Drive measurable outcomes for enterprise clients, such as improving 90-day collections rate by 15% within the first quarter.
  • 2Translate operational needs into product requirements for the engineering team, ensuring alignment with client outcomes.
  • 3Own relationships with external stakeholders, including Directors of RCM, to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • 4Develop and implement core scalable processes in partnership with cross-functional teams to support enterprise growth.
  • 5Establish escalation pathways for internal billing and operations teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • 6Define success metrics for enterprise clients and track progress through dashboards and regular reviews.
  • 7Serve as a subject matter expert in RCM, guiding both internal teams and clients on best practices.

Requirements6

  • 15-7+ years of operational experience in a high-growth company, ideally in healthcare or SaaS.
  • 2Proven track record of owning cross-functional projects and delivering measurable results.
  • 3Deep subject matter expertise in revenue cycle management (RCM) or healthcare billing.
  • 4Experience partnering with engineering teams to translate operational needs into product requirements.
  • 5Strong relationship management skills with external enterprise stakeholders.
  • 6Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
