Enterprise Account Manager, Fintech SaaS
Overview
You will own a portfolio of 60-70 enterprise customers, driving retention, expansion, and account health at Ramp. You will build relationships with C-suite leaders, manage renewals, and drive adoption of Ramp's product suite. You will collaborate with Product and Sales teams to shape the roadmap. This role offers the chance to directly influence revenue growth for a company automating $200B in annualized spend.
What You'll Do9
- 1Own retention, expansion, and account health for a book of 60-70 enterprise customers, each with 500+ employees.
- 2Drive renewals and upsells end-to-end, from identifying needs to negotiating and closing.
- 3Build relationships at all levels, including operators, VPs, and C-suite executives.
- 4Boost adoption by teaching customers new features and optimizing workflows within Ramp's platform.
- 5Create scalable account plans that highlight risks, opportunities, and long-term strategy.
- 6Run regular touchpoints, including status calls, optimization reviews, roadmap talks, and QBRs.
- 7Collaborate with Product, Sales, Support, CSMs, and Solutions teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- 8Surface structured feedback to internal teams to inform Ramp's enterprise roadmap.
- 9Analyze account data to spot trends and communicate value clearly.
Requirements10
- 17+ years in account management, customer success, or similar revenue-focused roles.
- 2Proven success managing enterprise or large mid-market accounts (500+ employees) in a scaled book model.
- 3Strong familiarity with Fintech, Payments, Finance/Accounting, or B2B SaaS.
- 4Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close renewals and upsell opportunities.
- 5Comfortable explaining product workflows and integrations to both financial and technical stakeholders.
- 6Skilled at articulating financial value, including ROI, cost savings, and operational efficiency.
- 7Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including with senior leadership and C-suite.
- 8Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a fast-evolving environment.
- 9High ownership, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity.
- 10Willingness to travel for customer on-sites and events.
Salary Insight
$250 - $340k per year
