What You'll Do9
- 1Define vision strategy and roadmap for developer experience integrations channels and enterprise readiness
- 2Decide native builds self-serve options and open extensions for customers and partners
- 3Work with infrastructure and security on data handling retention and residency
- 4Drive channel and partner expansion through go-to-market and business development
- 5Ship features that move metrics in fast-paced environments
- 6Lead technical evaluations and security reviews with engineers
- 7Manage complex integrations across legacy systems and modern APIs
- 8Own end-to-end delivery of agent deployments across multiple channels
- 9Collaborate with engineering design and go-to-market teams to ensure robustness scalability and ease of use
Requirements11
- 16+ years of relevant experience building integrations API platforms or developer facing products
- 2Shipped solutions addressing long tail challenges with inconsistent APIs and no clean abstractions
- 3Experience with enterprise requirements including security reviews data handling compliance artifacts and deployment constraints
- 4Strong technical acumen reading system design documents without translation
- 5Track record of shipping features that moved real metrics in high pressure environments
- 6Computer Science Engineering or Math degree or equivalent technical experience
- 7Familiarity with iPaaS API platforms SDKs RPA or browser automation
- 8Knowledge of data privacy residency requirements GDPR CCPA HIPAA PCI
- 9Experience in regulated industries such as financial services healthcare or similar
- 10Background in headless single tenant or on premise deployments
- 11Experience building or scaling partner ecosystems
