Senior Product Manager Platform SnapLogic
Overview
Own the strategy and roadmap for SnapLogic's core platform while driving reliability scalability security and generative agentic capabilities. This hybrid role blends product management with platform engineering focusing on internal teams and external developers as customers.
What You'll Do11
- 1Define and execute a multi-year vision for the core platform establishing direction and aligning engineering product and executive leadership
- 2Own the control plane managing orchestration governance configuration and security across cloud hybrid and on-premises environments
- 3Drive the data plane ensuring performance throughput and resilience of runtime engines across diverse deployment models
- 4Establish observability making the platform measurable debuggable and trustworthy through telemetry monitoring and SLO strategies
- 5Enable generative integration by providing reliable foundations for AI agents and MCP servers
- 6Partner with AI product manager translating generative roadmap into platform capabilities
- 7Champion developer and operator experience optimizing APIs SDKs and documentation for self-service adoption
- 8Author business cases linking platform investments to measurable outcomes such as faster time to market and cost efficiency
- 9Prioritize initiatives balancing tradeoffs to maintain focus on high impact work
- 10Lead cross-functional teams through full lifecycle fostering data driven decisions
- 11Advocate for platform value communicating direction through writing presentations and thought leadership
Requirements11
- 15+ years product management in B2B SaaS with platform infrastructure focus
- 2Deep technical fluency in distributed systems runtime deployment and multi-tenant architectures
- 3Observability mindset covering telemetry monitoring alerting and SLO/SLI practices
- 4Fluency in AI/agentic landscape understanding how LLMs and MCP protocols run on infrastructure
- 5Enterprise-grade experience serving Global 2000 customers with security reliability and scalability requirements
- 6Business-savvy strategist ability to build cases linking platform investment to ROI
- 7Customer-obsessed leader committed to solving real user needs
- 8Direct experience with iPaaS integration platforms or API-led connectivity
- 9Exposure to observability monitoring products or SRE collaboration
