The Enrichment Leader will plan and implement specialized activities for cognitively impaired seniors through our award-winning Whole Brain Fitness program. This part-time Sunday Monday role involves leading small groups while preparing materials and researching therapeutic approaches. The position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to helping seniors thrive as they age.
What You'll Do5

- 3Assist with cognitive assessments and track resident participation trends
- 4Maintain compliance documentation for resident activities
- 5Collaborate with staff to create supportive environments for dementia patients
Requirements5
- 1Associate Degree in Recreation Therapy Social Work Psychology or related field with minimum 6 months experience leading group activities with special needs populations
- 2Ability to work defined schedule including weekends
- 3Clear verbal and written English communication skills
- 4Professional positive attitude and team orientation
- 5Consistent reliable attendance required
