Overview

Lead ownership of endpoint management systems for national defense intelligence missions. Own secure OS image creation deployment and maintenance across thousands of devices. Engineer scalable solutions that ensure reliability and productivity for defense customers.

What You'll Do11

  • 1Build secure OS images for Windows Linux Mac and VDI environments
  • 2Package and deliver applications using MECM Intune and other enterprise tools
  • 3Implement automated patching and vulnerability remediation across mission critical endpoints
  • 4Maintain full disk encryption and endpoint security baselines aligned with DoD requirements
  • 5Monitor endpoint health compliance patch levels and performance driving remediation
  • 6Troubleshoot Tier 2/3 endpoint issues involving OS applications authentication profiles and VDI
  • 7Support VDI solutions including session management thin client configuration and backend integration
  • 8Provide input into tech refresh testing hardware onboarding and enterprise baseline updates
  • 9Maintain documentation SOPs and configuration guides for sustainment operations
  • 10Collaborate across engineering cybersecurity virtualization cloud and operations teams
  • 11Drive continuous improvement of endpoint management processes and security posture

Requirements10

  • 1Systems Engineer Senior Bachelor's degree in IT or 6+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • 2Active TS/SCI with favorable Polygraph clearance level
  • 3Microsoft 365 Certified Endpoint Administrator associate training preferred
  • 4DoD 8140 certification (e.g. Security+) required
  • 5Hands-on experience with enterprise endpoint management platforms MECM Intune or similar
  • 6Proficiency in OS imaging task sequencing scripting driver management and application packaging
  • 7Experience enforcing STIGs secure configurations encryption and RMF-aligned endpoint controls
  • 8Ability to troubleshoot complex endpoint issues across OS authentication hardware and VDI stacks
  • 9Strong communication documentation and collaboration skills
  • 10US citizenship required
