Endocrinologist, IMLC Licensed Telehealth Provider
Overview
Own end-to-end endocrine care for women at Allara Health, a platform trusted by over 60,000 patients nationwide. You will conduct video consultations, craft personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage hormonal and metabolic conditions. Operating fully remote on a 1099 contract, you'll work with PCOS, insulin resistance, and perimenopause cases, supported by a community of clinicians. What You'll Do7
- 1Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits using Zoom.
- 2Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high standards of care for hormonal and metabolic conditions.
- 3Complete required training and uphold Allara clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
- 4Educate patients on preventative care and wellness using evidence-based strategies.
- 5Maintain accurate patient records and complete charting in a timely manner using EMR systems.
- 6Respond to patient questions and administrative messages with clarity and care.
- 7Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week to consultations and medical guidance, including prescribing when appropriate.
Requirements8
- 1MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- 2Active ABIM board certification in Endocrinology through an ACGME-accredited program.
- 3Active IMLC license or active pursuit of one.
- 4Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment.
- 5Exceptional written and verbal communication with compassion and clarity.
- 6Comfortable working across EMR systems, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.
- 7Prior telehealth experience is a plus.
- 8Women's health experience is a plus.
