What You'll Do7
- 1Analyze intake assessments, including medical history, dietary habits, and laboratory results, to build personalized nutrition plans.
- 2Conduct video counseling sessions using motivational interviewing and behavior change techniques to support patients with PCOS, insulin resistance, and perimenopause.
- 3Employ Allara's nutrition training and educational materials to maintain consistent, evidence-based care across your patient panel.
- 4Collaborate with APRNs and MDs to align nutrition care with medical management for each patient.
- 5Document patient encounters and maintain accurate records in the EMR system, ensuring timely charting and follow-up.
- 6Address patient inquiries and administrative tasks within 24 hours, using tools like Gmail, Google Calendar, and scheduling platforms.
- 7Provide general movement, sleep, and stress management advice as part of a holistic approach to nutrition care.
Requirements7
- 1Current Registered Dietitian certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
- 21+ years experience treating patients with complex women's health conditions, strongly desired.
- 3Proven ability to work autonomously with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills.
- 4Exceptional written and verbal communication, with an emphasis on compassion and clarity.
- 5Comfortable using EMR systems, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.
- 6Active, unrestricted professional license in at least one U.S. state.
- 7Prior telehealth experience is a plus.
