Allara seeks board-certified Endocrinologists for a fully remote position focusing on women's health. Candidates will conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits
- 2Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver the highest standards of care
- 3Complete required training and uphold Allara's clinical policies and standards
- 4Educate patients on preventative care and wellness using evidence-based strategies
- 5Maintain accurate patient records and complete charting in a timely manner
- 6Respond to patient questions and administrative messages with clarity and care
- 7Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week including consultations and medical guidance
- 8Provide telemedicine services and use multiple platforms including EMR systems and scheduling tools
- 9Develop trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting
- 10Apply evidence-based practice grounded in current clinical research
- 11Demonstrate clinical independence with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills
Requirements10
- 1MD or DO from an accredited institution
- 2Active ABIM board certification in Endocrinology through an ACGME-accredited program
- 3Active IMLC license or active pursuit of one
- 4Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider
- 5Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 6Natural ability to build trust and connection with patients virtually
- 7Commitment to delivering care rooted in current clinical research
- 8Comfortable working across multiple digital platforms
- 9Prior telehealth experience is a plus
- 10Valid professional license in at least one U.S. state
