Overview
We seek a board-certified gynecologist with an active IMLC license to provide exceptional care remotely. You will conduct patient assessments, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and educate patients on preventative care while maintaining accurate records. What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits
- 2Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver the highest standards of care
- 3Complete required training and uphold Allara's clinical policies and best practices
- 4Educate patients on preventative care and wellness using evidence-based strategies
- 5Maintain accurate patient records and chart in a timely manner
- 6Respond to patient questions and administrative tasks with clarity and care
- 7Dedicate a minimum of 20 patient-facing hours weekly including consultations and prescribing
- 8Develop autonomous diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills
- 9Communicate exceptionally in writing and verbally with compassion and clarity
- 10Demonstrate technical proficiency across EMR systems, text expanders, and telemedicine platforms
- 11Apply evidence-based practice grounded in current clinical research
Requirements9
- 1MD or DO from an accredited institution
- 2Active national board certification in Gynecology
- 3Minimum 2 years consecutive clinical experience as a gynecologist focusing on chronic and complex women's health conditions
- 4Active IMLC license or active pursuit of one
- 5Experience with telemedicine and multiple EMR platforms
- 6Ability to function independently with strong diagnostic judgment
- 7Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 8Commitment to building trust in virtual settings
- 9Familiarity with compliance and malpractice insurance requirements
