What You'll Do11
- 1Lead DV emulation and post silicon validation execution with zero defect mindset
- 2Define DV emulation and post silicon validation scope
- 3Establish execution timelines in partnership with stakeholders
- 4Set measurable goals monitor progress and maintain schedule adherence
- 5Develop DV methodology and verification strategies
- 6Architect DV test benches and drive continuous productivity improvements
- 7Analyze industry DV trends and integrate emerging technologies
- 8Recruit hire build and retain high performance engineering teams
- 9Address ongoing training and development initiatives for staff
- 10Collaborate with Architecture Design DFT and system teams for product success
- 11Drive tool evaluation and selection processes
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or related field with 20+ years experience or Master’s PhD with 15+ years experience
- 2Strong understanding of ASIC development process
- 3Proven ability to lead ASIC development teams
- 4Track record of delivering high quality ASICs
- 5Comprehensive knowledge of SoC architecture processor cores memory and peripheral interfaces
- 6Exceptional communication interpersonal and presentation skills
- 7Demonstrated strong cross functional leadership capabilities
- 8Highly motivated self driven individual with curiosity to learn new technologies
- 9Eligibility to access export controlled information as defined under applicable law
