What You'll Do11
- 1Provide quality customer service to existing accounts
- 2Oversee transaction preparation and internal processing
- 3Manage book of business in excess of $750k-$1MM
- 4Mentor Associate Account Managers and Team Assistants
- 5Implement Client Service Plans as directed
- 6Maintain accurate client information in account systems
- 7Assist with client service for middle market accounts
- 8Act as client manager for assigned accounts
- 9Pursue personal and professional development programs
- 10Drive retention initiatives through proactive relationship management
- 11Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
Requirements11
- 1Life & Health insurance license
- 22-5 years benefit experience
- 3Proficiency with Word Excel and Outlook
- 4High school diploma with some college preferred
- 5Strong telephone skills and communication abilities
- 6Ability to understand policy forms and coverage
- 7Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
- 8Willingness to attend educational classes
- 9Experience in similar roles required
- 10Travel up to 25% of time
