Electronics Engineer Leidos Chicago Remote
Overview

What You'll Do12
- 1Perform on-site surveys to develop to-scale designs and detailed reports
- 2Generate sketches showing relation of proposed installations with exact specifications
- 3Conduct construction pre-inspections and final inspections
- 4Coordinate design components with multi-disciplinary teams for site-specific modifications
- 5Prepare AutoCAD construction drawings and site-specific specifications
- 6Manage project schedules and costs while maintaining compliance with operational risk management requirements
- 7Generate and coordinate Integrated Risk Management Checklists and risk registers
- 8Lead asbestos and lead permit processes during construction activities
- 9Facilitate pre-construction and on-site meetings with stakeholders
- 10Plan and execute construction activities to meet milestones and deadlines
- 11Perform circuit analysis on new and existing equipment
- 12Review deliverables and communicate findings verbally and in writing
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with 2-4 years relevant experience
- 2Proficiency with AutoCAD/MicroStation and Microsoft Office Suite
- 3Working knowledge of telecommunications technology
- 4Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance and pass drug screening
- 5Experience with NEC and NFPA standards
- 6Familiarity with FAA facility modernization projects
- 7Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 8Experience coordinating with AHJ authorities
- 9Demonstrated ability to work independently in large engineering organizations
