Electronic Warfare Systems Engineer II
Overview
Systems Engineer leading signal processing design and test activities for electronic warfare products. Responsible for developing RF signal processing algorithms and managing integration and verification processes. Must possess strong technical expertise in hardware-software integration and agile methodologies.
What You'll Do11
- 1Develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges in signal processing design
- 2Create or modify electronic warfare signal processing and control algorithms
- 3Design and execute comprehensive test plans including simulations and lab tests
- 4Evaluate functional performance of RF systems and firmware/control algorithms
- 5Support integration verification and troubleshooting test activities
- 6Maintain engineering specifications and provide technical guidance to IPTLs
- 7Participate in cross-disciplinary collaboration and stakeholder briefings
- 8Implement model-based systems engineering and agile product development practices
- 9Analyze failure data and conduct root cause investigations
- 10Prepare detailed performance evaluations using MATLAB and related tools
- 11Ensure compliance with security clearance requirements and organizational standards

- 1U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility
- 2Minimum 2 years relevant technical experience with electronics troubleshooting
- 3Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance before start date
- 4Proficiency in C/C++/Python for data analysis and automation
- 5Familiarity with RF systems and signal processing techniques
- 6Experience with electrical schematics and communication protocols
- 7Strong analytical skills for interpreting test data and documentation
- 8Commitment to collaborative problem-solving across engineering teams
- 9Understanding of digital transformation principles and agile methodologies
- 10Experience with MBSE tools and laboratory equipment
- 11Willingness to travel for test events up to 20% of time
