Electro-Mechanical Technician, Robotics & MHE - Weekend Overnight
Overview
Own maintenance and reliability for hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic MHE on a night shift at Red Bull's Phoenix site. Lead predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance across production equipment at scale and mentor technicians. Collaborate with operations to improve OEE and equipment performance. This role blends hands-on troubleshooting with safety leadership and contractor oversight.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and perform Predictive/Preventative/Corrective maintenance on Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems and Robotic MHE to maximize uptime
- 2Operate power and hand tools and electrical test equipment to install and maintain facility equipment safely
- 3Mentor other technicians and transfer SME knowledge on MHE and automation throughout the building
- 4Coordinate with Operations to sustain a high level of equipment availability through rapid breakdown analysis and prioritization
- 5Oversee contractors and escalate high severity issues while maintaining CMMS documentation and parts management
- 6Support continuous improvement of systems in a standard manner and monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) metrics
- 7Serve as SME to the operations team on correct use of equipment and safe operation
- 8Perform safety inspections and audits and maintain housekeeping in the work area
- 9Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and maintain documentation accuracy
- 10Manage critical spare parts inventory and ensure on-site support during issues and escalations
Requirements10
- 12+ years of experience with Material Handling equipment Automation/ conveyance/robotics
- 22+ years of predictive and preventative maintenance experience
- 3Experience with electrical and mechanical disciplines including robotics and automation
- 4Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems
- 5Experience with PLC based controls and CMMS for maintenance planning
- 6Understanding of OSHA and NFPA70 safety standards
- 7Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in varied environments
- 8Experience reading blueprints and CAD drawings
- 9Strong communication and ability to influence team members
- 10Shift flexibility for Friday-Sunday and Thursday-Sunday rotations
