What You'll Do16
- 1Manage assigned projects from initiation through completion ensuring scope schedule and budget objectives are met
- 2Develop and maintain project schedules work plans and deliverable tracking
- 3Coordinate with internal teams clients contractors vendors and multidisciplinary engineering teams
- 4Support projects involving electrical systems power distribution controls instrumentation and related technical infrastructure
- 5Assist in coordinating work according to NFPA 70E standards with arc flash study familiarity being a plus
- 6Monitor project progress proactively identify risks or issues and implement corrective actions
- 7Prepare and present project updates status reports and documentation to stakeholders
- 8Facilitate project meetings develop agendas and follow up on action items
- 9Support contract administration including scope review deliverables tracking and change management
- 10Ensure compliance with applicable standards regulations and company quality control procedures
- 11Track project budgets expenditures and resource allocation in coordination with leadership
- 12Maintain accurate organized project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- 13Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes tools and best practices
- 14Effectively manage multiple priorities deadlines and projects in independent or team environments
- 15Collaborate with clients contractors vendors and cross-functional teams
- 16Apply proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excel Word Outlook Project
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s degree in engineering construction management business or related field
- 25+ years of experience in project management engineering construction or related field
- 3Proven experience managing projects through multiple phases including planning execution and closeout
- 4Experience supporting or coordinating with electrical engineering teams or technical projects is strongly preferred
- 5Familiarity with electrical safety principles including NFPA 70E and arc flash awareness is a plus
- 6Strong ability to manage schedules budgets deliverables and competing priorities
- 7Working knowledge of project coordination contract administration and change management processes
- 8Experience collaborating with clients contractors vendors and cross-functional teams
- 9PMP certification preferred or ability to obtain
- 10Ability to obtain and maintain access authorization for government and other secured facilities and sites
- 11Valid driver’s license must be possessed and maintained
Salary Insight
$90 - $110k per year
