- 8Lead teams to accomplish tasks and corporate directives.
- 9Travel less than 25% for training, customer support, or trade shows.

Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree in electrical or technical engineering discipline.
- 24+ years relevant work experience preferred.
- 3Competent understanding of schematics and communication protocols.
- 4Novice understanding of CAE tools and product development process.
- 5Competent understanding of common industrial processes and controls.
- 6Competent in conducting research using corporate resources.
- 7Fluent in using basic inspection equipment: calipers, micrometers, flow meter, voltmeter, oscilloscope.
- 8Competent in using advanced inspection equipment: microscopes, CMM, Contour/Roundness Measuring Instruments.
- 9Fluent in communicating in English with internal and external customers.
- 10Ability to lift up to 51 pounds and work in office, lab, or manufacturing environments.
