You will own electrical health and safety for a semi-conductor facility spanning 1-2 million square feet with 600+ volts. You will partner with onsite supervisors to protect 16-20 electricians during EQ startup, energization, and punch clearing. Your documentation drives compliance across all commissioning tasks. - 4Maintain detailed inspection logs and incident reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- 5Conduct daily safety briefings and toolbox talks to reinforce electrical safety and hazard awareness.
- 6Audit contractor compliance with construction safety guidelines and facility-specific electrical policies.
- 7Coordinate with project managers to resolve safety discrepancies before they escalate.
- 8Track safety metrics and generate weekly reports for site leadership, identifying trends and corrective actions.
Requirements6
- 15+ years of experience in electrical health and safety within construction or industrial settings.
- 2OSHA 30 certification or higher, with a focus on construction or electrical safety.
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for documentation and reporting.
- 4Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, health and safety compliance, and NFPA 70E.
- 5Valid driver's license and ability to work onsite in Taylor, TX.
- 6Forklift certification is a plus, but not required.
