What You'll Do8
- 1Produce accurate electrical estimates for commercial industrial high-tech vertical high rise and healthcare projects
- 2Read and interpret civil architectural structural mechanical electrical tele data security fire alarm audio visual plans and specifications
- 3Develop project take-offs and equipment counts using BlueBeam Accubid LiveCount
- 4Utilize circuitry knowledge to communicate estimated scope of work effectively
- 5Participate in estimating team reviews and train junior staff on estimation processes
- 6Support value engineering exercises and contribute to scope letter development
- 7Provide technical support for delivery models such as Plan & Spec Design-Assist and Design-Build
- 8Maintain strong organizational leadership and communication skills
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree or 5+ years electrical estimating experience in relevant industries
- 2Proficiency with NEC local codes and construction methods
