What You'll Do7
- 1Teardown and document copper winding conditions before rewinding
- 2Rewind coils using insulated copper wire and secure insulation
- 3Solder or weld electrical connections to ensure reliability
- 4Test voltage resistance and balance to verify restored functionality
- 5Assist with equipment inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
- 6Perform manual material handling exceeding 25 pounds
- 7Maintain safety protocols by wearing required PPE at all times

- 15+ years building rewinding projects with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading complex technical initiatives
- 3High School Diploma or equivalent credential
- 4Rotating 8‑hour shifts including weekends and holidays
