What You'll Do9
- 1Electrical Expertise Focus Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex electrical control circuits, PLCs, VFDs, AC/DC motors, servos, and transformers.
- 2Read, interpret, and update electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- 3Perform electrical installations, conduit bending, and wire pulling in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- 4Mechanical & Multicraft Maintenance Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, and high-speed packaging machinery.
- 5Diagnose mechanical failures and execute precision alignments, component replacements, and mechanical rebuilds.
- 6Execute basic fabrication, welding (TIG/MIG), or machining tasks as required for equipment repairs.
- 7Respond rapidly to emergency equipment breakdowns during the shift to minimize production downtime.
- 8Document all maintenance activities, parts used, and machine downtime within the CMMS system.
- 9Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), arc flash protection, OSHA regulations, and company safety policies.
