E&C Post Order Manager
Overview
Strategic post-order management of suppliers for static fired rotating and electrical & instrumentation equipment along with bulk materials. Oversee cross-center coordination to ensure compliance with Air Liquide specifications and maintain project budgets while conducting on-site supplier audits. Drive elimination of Non-Conformance Report costs and provide comprehensive support for claims management and NCR resolution.

- 1Review PO scope milestones and contractual obligations
- 2Support supplier kick-off meetings and establish detailed execution schedules
- 3Monitor engineering procurement and fabrication progress
- 4Conduct desk and shop expediting to discover early phase risks
- 5Coordinate recovery plans for identified delays
- 6Monitor vendor documentation and support timely approvals
- 7Resolve Non-Conformance Reports and ensure closure with vendors
- 8Validate shipment readiness and coordinate packing documentation
- 9Support logistics teams in monitoring shipments to client sites
- 10Prepare weekly monthly reports highlighting risks and delays
- 11Participate in project reviews and governance activities
Requirements9
- 1Valid employment authorization in the United States without visa sponsorship requirement
- 2Engineering degree or equivalent experience
- 37+ years of experience in international EPC companies or manufacturing/construction management
- 4Proven experience in supplier management or project management with knowledge of international standards
- 5Ability to interpret vendor manufacturing schedules and progress reports
- 6Knowledge of fabrication processes and manufacturing procedures
- 7Familiarity with vendor engineering and document approval processes
- 8Experience conducting workshop audits and vendor qualification processes
- 9Industrial gas experience preferred
