What You'll Do11
- 1Implement annual process risk management plan within assigned perimeter using Process Risk Management program
- 2Conduct process risk assessments and validate risk reduction measures against Group risk criticality matrix
- 3Perform field reviews to verify effectiveness of implemented risk controls
- 4Identify and lead early-stage risk assessments including HAZIDs and What-If analyses
- 5Issue process risk management plans for active projects and define applicable safety requirements
- 6Lead equipment criticality assessments to establish quality program requirements
- 7Review Safety standards and ensure compliance with GDSR and industry best practices
- 8Establish Element Important for Safety lists and coordinate sign-off with project owners
- 9Conduct technical risk audits and site inspections including Pre Start-Up Safety Reviews
- 10Monitor regulatory requirements and coordinate findings with project teams
- 11Analyze local, state, and federal regulations impacting process safety operations
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor of Science or Master degree in process chemical mechanical engineering or related technical field
- 2Minimum 3 years professional experience in process engineering plant operations or construction
- 3Valid employment authorization in the United States with no visa sponsorship requirement
- 4Proven expertise in hazard identification risk assessment methodologies
- 5Familiarity with OSHA PSM EPA RMP and industry codes API NFPA ASME
- 6Strong understanding of industrial gas operations and EPC lifecycle processes
- 7Knowledge of human factors influencing operational safety
- 8Experience with process safety quantitative techniques LOPA HAZOP SIL assignment
- 9Excellent communication skills in English French Spanish
- 10Physical ability to travel, climb stairs, lift 25 pounds, and wear required PPE
