Overview

Caturus Management Services, LLC seeks a Manager Construction to own all on-site construction safety, planning, coordination, and field execution for Commonwealth LNG, a 9.5 Mtpa export terminal in southwestern Louisiana. You will oversee multiple project scopes from early works to commissioning readiness, managing EPC contractors and reporting directly to Senior Management. This role demands 15+ years of construction leadership with 5+ years in LNG and a relentless commitment to HSSE processes. You will drive low-carbon energy infrastructure with a focus on safety and operational excellence.

What You'll Do8

  • 1Drive safety as the paramount priority in all planning and execution, enforcing HSSE procedures for all site personnel.
  • 2Manage contractor performance through clear communication, coordination, and follow-up to meet project goals, scope, schedule, and budget.
  • 3Ensure quality by verifying contractor compliance with QMS provisions, testing, inspection, and reporting on labor, material, and equipment.
  • 4Oversee construction scopes including Early Works, Civil, Pile Installation, Module Installation, Tanks, Marine Works, Instrument and Electrical, and Buildings.
  • 5Provide field construction assistance and problem-solving based on previous experience.
  • 6Coordinate work activities between EPC contractors and other Owner's contractors.
  • 7Review and monitor construction schedules, productivity, and resource plans to align execution with project milestones.
  • 8Report project status, performance, constraints, and issues to Senior Management.

Requirements9

  • 115+ years of relevant construction experience, with 5+ years in a managerial role.
  • 25+ years of LNG experience required.
  • 3Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Science, or relevant field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 4Experience overseeing large-scale industrial construction across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, marine, and module installation scopes.
  • 5Strong commitment to HSSE processes and their long-term impact.
  • 6Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings including P&IDs, Civil/Structural plans, Electrical wiring diagrams, and Piping Isometrics.
  • 7Broad knowledge of codes, standards, and industry best practices.
  • 8Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • 9Gulf Coast experience preferred.
