What You'll Do7
- 1Receive and process merchandise deliveries using PDTs, moving stock to the sales floor with urgency.
- 2Stock shelves and racks according to monthly presentation guidelines, maintaining brand familiarity within departments.
- 3Perform daily sizing, recovery, and mark-out-of-stock MOS processes, notifying leadership of disposals.
- 4Maintain a clean and safe work area, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces.
- 5Assist customers on the sales floor with a friendly and knowledgeable approach, including register transactions.
- 6Follow all loss prevention procedures to protect merchandise, cash, and customer information.
- 7Report unsafe conditions to store leadership and ensure clear egress to emergency exits.
Requirements7
- 16+ months experience in retail or stocking roles, preferred.
- 2Ability to communicate effectively with customers, associates, and store leadership.
- 3Able to perform basic math calculations for retail transactions.
- 4Capable of operating PDTs, registers, and store computer systems.
- 5Comfortable pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 25 lbs regularly.
- 6Ability to stand, walk, and bend for up to 10-hour shifts.
- 7Willingness to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
