What You'll Do11
- 1Maintain Safe & Secure Environments by practicing safe behaviors and reporting unsafe conditions immediately.
- 2Ensure Customer Safety including accident prevention and emergency procedures.
- 3Demonstrate Courtesy and Professionalism when treating Customers and Associates.
- 4Represent and Support the Company Brand while maintaining professional appearance.
- 5Process Merchandise with Urgency to meet Company Standards.
- 6Manage Receipt of Non-Merchandise Deliveries and Ensure Stockroom Organization.
- 7Reduce Loss Through Damage Prevention and Compliance with Presentation Guidelines.
- 8Execute Company Best Practices to Maximize Productivity at Front End.
- 9Control Retail Associates Break Schedules and Train on Procedures.
- 10Perform Administrative Duties such as Cash Pulls and Payroll Administration.
- 11Supervise Staff and Execute Operational Processes as Needed.
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow.
- 25+ years experience in Retail Management and Loss Prevention.
- 3Proficiency with AWS Certified solutions.
- 4Expertise in Kubernetes and React frameworks.
- 5Strong knowledge of Point of Sale equipment and applications.
- 6Ability to Perform Basic Mathematical Calculations in Retail Settings.
- 7Experience Working Evenings and Weekends.
- 8Physical Ability to Stand Walk and Move Around Store for Up to 100% of Shift.
- 9Experience Lifting More Than 25 lbs Regularly.
- 10Familiarity with Janitorial Equipment and Ladder Use.
