What You'll Do9

  • 1Lead store operations to meet Company standards and best practices, driving sales and profit results.
  • 2Staff, train, and develop the leadership team, focusing on reducing turnover through coaching and recognition.
  • 3Manage the Stockroom, Front End, and Sales Floor to ensure timely merchandise flow and proper receiving.
  • 4Analyze store reports to control expenses and adjust scheduling to current business trends.
  • 5Recruit, hire, and train Associates, addressing performance issues with progressive discipline.
  • 6Ensure compliance with all State, Local, and Federal regulations.
  • 7Train Associates on Loss Prevention programs to achieve shortage goals and lead the annual inventory process.
  • 8Model professional appearance and reinforce the Company Dress Code to uphold brand image.
  • 9Execute Customer Service and Merchandise Presentation programs through training and supervision.

Requirements10

  • 15+ years of store management experience in a retail environment.
  • 2Maintain a high level of customer service.
  • 3Demonstrate ability to lead, manage, motivate, and communicate positively to Associates.
  • 4Ability to train, coach, and develop Associates at all levels.
  • 5Organize and prioritize tasks to accomplish goals and execute.
  • 6Fluency in English.
  • 7Exercise considerable independent judgment and discretion.
  • 8Ability to work evenings and weekends.
  • 9Ability to use all store equipment, including PDTs, registers, and PC.
  • 10Ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 100% of working time.
