What You'll Do11
- 1Plan and deliver daily activities that support spiritual social emotional and academic development through Bible stories prayer and Christian values
- 2Supervise children by sight and sound while completing daily health checks
- 3Maintain a safe clean and age-appropriate learning environment following sanitation and Safe Sleep practices
- 4Follow all state licensing regulations NAC accreditation standards and CACFP procedures
- 5Track attendance developmental milestones and classroom routines consistently
- 6Collaborate with co-teachers and floaters to ensure smooth classroom operations
- 7Participate in staff meetings training sessions and academy events
- 8Assist with housekeeping laundry and restocking supplies as needed
- 9Build strong partnerships with families through daily communication sharing developmental updates and spiritual growth
- 10Demonstrate flexibility to serve across different age groups when required
- 11Maintain sight-and-sound supervision and adhere to safety standards
Requirements5
- 1At least 18 years old high school diploma or GED required
- 2Prior experience in a licensed child care facility preferred
- 35+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 4Bold technology or certifications: CPC Card BCBA AWS Certified
- 5Bold experience ranges: 5+ years 3-5 seasons
