Requirements9
- 1High School Diploma
- 2Child Development Associate Certification preferred
- 3Experience working with children
- 4Strong understanding of early childhood development theories
- 5Adaptable teaching methods
- 6Excellent communication interpersonal skills
- 7Patience creativity enthusiasm for fostering love for learning
- 8Knowledge of classroom management techniques supporting emotional growth
- 9Certification in pediatric first aid and CPR preferred
