Child Development Teacher PRN
Overview
The Child Development Teacher creates a safe nurturing environment supporting children's social emotional cognitive physical development through developmentally appropriate practice. This role involves leading and scaling care activities while maintaining flexibility due to variable scheduling needs.

- 3Lead classrooms ensuring safety and nurturing atmosphere
- 4Supervise children following state licensing standards
- 5Maintain accurate daily records and incident reports
- 6Organize curriculum materials and daily routines
- 7Conduct observations and share progress with parents
- 8Collaborate with team leaders on child development strategies
- 9Respond quickly to emergencies using CPR and First Aid
- 10Utilize Outlook email and Microsoft Word for documentation
- 11Assess milestone achievements and prepare parent conferences
Requirements6
- 1Six months experience in early childhood program
- 2Pediatric CPR certification within 60 days of hire
- 3First Aid certification within 60 days of hire
- 4Food Handlers Permit within 60 days of hire
- 5Associate degree in Early Childhood Development/Education from accredited institution
- 6CDA certification preferred
