Requirements6
- 1Minimum of six early childhood credits or Infant/Toddler CDA
- 2Associate's degree in ECE or equivalent experience
- 3First aid certification preferred
- 4Experience with special education practices
- 5Strong behavior management skills
- 6Excellent communication abilities for children parents and staff
