Requirements10

- 4AWS Certified cloud fundamentals required
- 5BCBA credentials valued
- 6Proven track record in early childhood education
- 7Strong understanding of child psychology and pedagogy
- 8Ability to lead teams and mentor junior staff
- 9Familiarity with regulatory compliance for youth programs
