E-Commerce Distribution Center Associate - Miami FL
Overview
The DC Associate will own eCommerce order fulfillment achieving world class customer experiences by processing pick pack and ship orders while utilizing Hybris SAP and FedEx/DHL portals. This role reports to the Distribution Center Manager and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments and demonstrate strong multitasking abilities.
What You'll Do9
- 1Pick pack and ship eCommerce orders and store orders
- 2Gift wrap items when requested by customers
- 3Coordinate with Special Orders Administrator for eCommerce customer needs
- 4Track consumable usage to prevent shortages
- 5Participate in physical inventory checks
- 6Monitor and update key performance indicators
- 7Assist with additional assignments and special projects
- 8Maintain accurate order processing documentation
- 9Support warehouse safety protocols
Requirements5
- 15+ years warehouse experience in retail or wholesale
- 22 years eCommerce fulfillment experience
- 3SAP experience preferred
- 4High School Diploma or GED required
- 53-5 seasons of relevant experience
