Own the day-to-day dock operations ensuring safe, clean, and efficient unloading and loading of trucks at Goodwill GCNA. You will support Forklift Operators and uphold safety policies while maintaining a tidy dock and inventory control. What You'll Do7
- 1Build and support unloading of merchandise while minimizing damage to donated materials
- 2Assist Forklift Operators and monitor dock area to keep it clean and accessible for loading
- 3Safeguard company property and report theft or misappropriation promptly
- 4Sweep, clean, and maintain warehouse conditions and ensure proper use of loading equipment
- 5Follow all safety rules and report hazards immediately
- 6Ensure Gaylords are folded down and the dock is organized for efficient workflows
- 7Maintain regular in-person attendance and model core values
Requirements6
- 1High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 2Ability to be trained and take direction
- 3Ability to read and speak English proficiently
- 4Must be at least 18 years of age
- 5Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- 6Strong adherence to safety policies and PPE usage
