Distribution Associate Temp Night Shift

What You'll Do13
- 1Receive inspect and accurately put away inbound shipments while verifying quantities and product condition
- 2Pick pack and stage customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- 3Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently
- 4Palletize wrap label and prepare outbound shipments according to company standards
- 5Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control activities
- 6Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies
- 7Maintain warehouse organization cleanliness and 5S standards
- 8Keep aisles docks and work areas safe and free of hazards
- 9Follow all safety procedures PPE requirements and operational guidelines
- 10Attend safety meetings and participate in ongoing training initiatives
- 11Operate material handling equipment such as electric pallet jacks (EPJ) reach trucks and cherry pickers when certified
- 12Support cross-training efforts and assist other departments as business needs require
- 13Work overtime during peak periods as needed
Requirements9
- 16+ months of warehouse distribution shipping receiving or logistics experience preferred
- 2Entry-level candidates with strong work ethic reliability and willingness to learn encouraged to apply
- 3Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs regularly throughout the shift
- 4Comfortable standing walking bending and moving for extended periods (8–10 hour shifts)
- 5Experience using RF scanners handheld devices or warehouse management systems preferred
- 6Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy
- 7Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record
- 8Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certification is a plus or willingness to obtain certification
- 9Bilingual English Spanish skills are a plus
