What You'll Do10
- 1Build customer relationships and provide empathetic, knowledgeable service
- 2Process patient orders and returns in accordance with policy
- 3Assist with online orders and deliveries when needed
- 4Document customer concerns on the profile and follow up with leadership
- 5Maintain a clean and organized workstation and merchandising area
- 6Support leadership in solving customer issues and product/device troubleshooting
- 7Collaborate with team to enhance the customer experience
- 8Follow all company policies and procedures
- 9Prepare and process purchases with accuracy and efficiency
- 10Engage with patients to ensure compliance with state regulations
Requirements5
- 1High-school diploma or equivalent
- 2Must be 21+ years old (18+ in CT PA WV)
- 3Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus
- 4Must have prior cash handling experience
- 5Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and with diverse personalities
