Overview
Dispensary Associate owns customer interactions and product education at our cannabis retail location. You will assist with in-store purchases, online orders, and delivery coordination while upholding state regulations. You’ll work alongside managers and shift leads to deliver a seamless TruExperience for patients. This role stands out through hands-on product knowledge and compassionate service in a fast-paced retail setting.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build trusted customer relationships through empathetic service and product guidance
- 2Process patient orders and returns in accordance with company policy to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment
- 3Maintain a clean, stocked workstation and assist with inventory tasks to support a smooth customer experience
- 4Collaborate with leadership to resolve customer issues and document concerns on the customer profile
- 5Support online orders and deliveries within defined timeframes to meet customer expectations
Requirements10
- 1High-school diploma or equivalent
- 2Minimum age 21 (18 in CT, PA, WV)
- 3Prior cash handling experience
- 4Experience in retail or customer service preferred
- 5Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and communicate effectively
- 6Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
- 7Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
- 8Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for delivery duties
- 9Physical ability to move, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for extended periods
- 10Ability to operate electronic equipment and follow safety procedures
