As a Budtender at Silverleaf Wellness, you'll own the full guest experience from first greeting to final sale, guiding customers through their cannabis journey with product knowledge and empathy. You'll work alongside a dedicated team in a NJ CRC-compliant retail setting, balancing sales, operations, and inventory duties. What You'll Do9
- 1Engage guests with professionalism and empathy, delivering clear product insights to guide informed choices.
- 2Meet or exceed sales goals through strategic upselling and tailored product recommendations.
- 3Process all POS transactions accurately and in full compliance with NJ CRC regulations.
- 4Resolve guest concerns quickly and thoughtfully, collaborating with management when needed.
- 5Fulfill online and in-store orders promptly, ensuring accuracy and care.
- 6Maintain an organized, well-stocked, and spotless retail environment.
- 7Support product intake, pricing, stocking, transfers, and returns, following inventory control SOPs.
- 8Handle all cash with accuracy and integrity, addressing variances before closeout.
- 9Perform product audits to ensure full adherence to NJ CRC rules and reduce loss.
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or equivalent.
- 221+ years of age.
- 3Prior retail or dispensary experience preferred.
- 4Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- 5Strong communicator and active listener, with a professional demeanor.
- 6Reliable team player who adapts well to change and challenges.
- 7Excellent multitasking and attention to detail.
- 8Proficient with computers and able to learn POS and inventory systems quickly.
- 9Ability to lift 20 lbs, stand for 7 hours, and pass a background check.
