What You'll Do9
- 1Build and manage daily dispatch plans coordinating trucks and drivers
- 2Design routing and scheduling to minimize idle time and maximize on time deliveries
- 3Lead escalations with drivers and customers to resolve issues in real time
- 4Ship accurate updates to customers and internal teams using clear communication
- 5Own performance metrics for on time deliveries and driver utilization
- 6Scale dispatch operations during peak periods and weekend coverage
- 7Drive compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- 8Drive continuous improvement by documenting bottlenecks and proposing solutions
- 9Debug schedule conflicts and reallocate resources to meet urgent needs
