What You'll Do8
- 1Schedule monitor and track incoming orders
- 2Assign loads to appropriate drivers
- 3Coordinate service schedules with field crews and confirm arrival times with customers
- 4Manage and maintain driver settlements in collaboration with dispatch and settlement teams
- 5Prepare and deliver daily and weekly performance KPI reports
- 6Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure 100% satisfaction
- 7Respond promptly and positively to customer calls to assess needs and schedule work orders effectively
- 8Oversee drivers daily routes and make adjustments as needed
Requirements8
- 1Strong customer service and communication skills
- 2Ability to read maps and strong geographical knowledge of service areas
- 3Experience in trucking or brokerage dispatch preferred
- 4Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- 5Clear and effective verbal communication in English
- 6Previous dispatching or scheduling experience is a plus
- 7Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
