What You'll Do7
- 1Deliver carrier and driver solutions through research and problem-solving within the Amazon Transportation network
- 2Work in a fast-paced environment adhering to schedules and supporting workload surges
- 3Use internal systems to gather data from AAP Reach Decisiv FMC and YMS for daily weekly monthly and quarterly reports
- 4Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights to Transportation Operations Management and Fleet
- 5Support field teams with driver assignment load acceptance and equipment availability
- 6Analyze data to drive decisions and communicate findings across organizations
- 7Maintain schedules including overtime during peak periods
Requirements6
- 11+ years of computer experience with Microsoft Office
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Flexible schedule including weekends nights and holidays
- 4Age 18 years or older
- 5Contact center experience preferred
- 6Call center experience preferred
Salary Insight
$44 - $60k per year
