Overview
Own daily freight movements within the North American network ensuring on time shipments and rapid issue resolution in a high volume center. Work with cross functional teams to keep carriers and drivers aligned and enhance the carrier experience. Thrive in a fast pace environment with accountability to self and partners.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build carrier and driver solutions in a contact center to restore trailers and trucks on track after disruptions
- 2Design data driven workflows using internal systems to support daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
- 3Drive cross functional collaboration to share insights with stakeholders and field teams
- 4Manage schedules including start/stop and breaks to maintain service levels during surges and peak periods
- 5Ship data driven decisions by analyzing data from WIMS FMC YMS AAP and writing standard work for teams
Requirements5
- 11+ years of experience with computers and Microsoft Office including Outlook Word and Excel
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Willing to work 40 hours per week with overtime and flexible shifts including weekends nights holidays
- 418 years of age or older
- 5Ability to use internal systems to gather data and support daily execution and reporting
